1118 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Yazid narrated to us; Hammad informed us, from Thabit, from Anas, that Abu ⦗165⦘ Talha maintained continuous fasting for forty years after the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
١١١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا ⦗١٦٥⦘ طَلْحَةَ، سَرَدَ الصَّوْمَ بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا "
