1117 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us; Hisham narrated to us, from his father, who said:

Hakim ibn Hizam said, “Bring me some water.” They replied, “You have already drunk.” He said, “Then I will not.”

And Ibn al-Zubayr said, “Give me some dates to eat.” They said, “You have already eaten.” He said, “Then I will not.”
