Al-ZuhdAhmad Ibn Hanbal

1113 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us; Yazid ibn Ibrahim—who was al-Tustari—informed us; from ʿAmr ibn Dinar, who said: “I saw Ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) praying inside the Hijr, his gaze lowered. A stone rolled up in front of him and snagged part of his garment, yet he did not turn away from his prayer.”
