1063 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Wakīʿ narrated to us, from Sufyān, from Manṣūr, from Tamīm ibn Salamah, from Ibn ʿUmar: They spoke to him about the affair of Ibn ʿĀmir, whereupon he said, “The impure does not atone for the impure.”
