997 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Wakiʿ narrated to us; Misʿar and al-Masʿudi narrated, from Muhammad ibn ʿAbd al-Rahman, the client of the family of Talhah, from ʿIsa ibn Talhah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: “Whoever weeps out of reverent fear of Allah—exalted is He—will not enter the Fire until milk returns to the udder.”
