82 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said: Ishaq ibn Ismaʿil narrated to us; he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Ismaʿil ibn Abi Khalid, from Hakim ibn Jabir, that one of their maidservants told him ⦗63⦘ that she “saw al-Hasan ibn ʿAli—may Allah be pleased with him—take a cloth after completing his ablution and dry himself with it. I thereupon felt a sudden dislike for him. That night I slept and dreamt that a brazier was burning inside my liver.”
Sufyan commented, “Because she despised the grandson of the Messenger of Allah, her liver was made to burn.”
