176 – ʿAbd Allāh related to us; he said: al-Ḥusayn ibn ʿAmr ibn Muḥammad narrated to me; he said: my brother al-Qāsim ibn ʿAmr narrated to us; he said: “When the punishment befell Jonah’s people, they pleaded, ‘Our Lord, treat us as befits Your grace, and do not treat us as we deserve.’”
