101 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said: ʿAli ibn Muslim narrated to us; he said: Sayyār informed us; he said: Jaʿfar informed us; he said: ʿAnbasah al-Khawwāṣ narrated to us, from Qatādah:

“Indeed, whenever the rain is withheld from the sky, the creatures of the earth invoke against the sinners among the children of Adam, saying: ‘This is the doing of the disobedient children of Adam. May Allah curse the disobedient children of Adam!’”
