26 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; al-Hakam ibn Musa narrated to us; al-Khalil ibn Abi al-Khalil narrated to us, from Salih ibn Shuʿayb, who said:

Allah revealed to Jesus son of Mary (peace be upon him):

“Give Me, within your soul, the place of your deepest concern; store Me up as a treasure for the Day you return; draw near to Me through voluntary works and I will draw you near; rely on Me and I will suffice you; and do not take anyone other than Me as your patron, lest I abandon you.”
