24 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Muhammad ibn ʿAbbad ibn Musa narrated to us; Zafir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Sufyan al-Thawri, on the verse: “Indeed, he has no authority over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord” (Q 16:99). He said, “Meaning: he cannot drive them to commit a sin that will never be forgiven.”
