29 – Abu Saʿid al-Ashajj al-Kindi narrated to us; Ishaq b. Sulayman al-Razi transmitted from ʿUthman b. Zaʾidah, who said: Luqman told his son, “My son, do not postpone repentance, for death may come suddenly.”
٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ الْكِنْدِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ زَائِدَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ لُقْمَانُ لِابْنِهِ: «يَا بُنَيَّ لَا تُؤَخِّرِ التَّوْبَةَ، فَإِنَّ الْمَوْتَ قَدْ يَأْتِي بَغْتَةً»
