24 – Al-Ḥasan ibn Maḥbūb narrated to us; Ḥajjāj narrated in turn; Ibn ⦗50⦘ Jurayj said, “ʿAbd Allāh ibn Kathīr informed me that he heard Mujāhid say: ‘The rust (ran) is lighter than the seal (ṭabʿ), the seal is lighter than the locks (aqfāl), and the locks are the hardest of them all.’”
