‘Why did you testify against us?’ (Fussilat 41:21).

203 – Dawud ibn Rushayd narrated to us; Baqiyyah transmitted it; from Mubashshir ibn ʿUbayd; from Zayd ibn Aslam, regarding Allah’s words, “And they will say to their skins, ‘Why did you testify against us?’” (Fussilat 41:21). He said: “They will say to their private parts, ‘Why did you testify against us?’”
