144 – ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Ṣāliḥ al-Azdī narrated to us; Yaḥyā ibn Ādam narrated to us; from Misʿar, from ʿAwn ibn ʿAbd Allāh, who said: ʿUmar said, “Keep company with the oft-repentant, for they possess the softest hearts.”
