98 – Muḥammad ibn Idrīs narrated to me; he said: Muḥammad ibn ʿAlī al-Hāshimī narrated to me; he said: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Thaʿlabah said, “Allah protects you through His guardians, yet when morning comes you set out to commit sins in defiance of Him. Then, when evening falls, He restores those same guardians to you, undeterred by anything you have done.”
