93 – Ishaq ibn Ismaʿil narrated to us; Sufyan ibn ʿUyaynah narrated to us, from Thawr ibn Yazid, from Khalid ibn Maʿdan, who said: “There is not a single human being but that Satan is lodged between the vertebrae of his spine, twisting his neck over the person’s shoulder and opening his gaping mouth above the person’s heart.”
