18 – Ḥusayn ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to me; he said: Abu Ḥāzim said: “The days are three ⦗23⦘. Yesterday’s bounty has slipped away even from kings, and its hardship has departed from me. As for tomorrow, both they and I are apprehensive about it. All that truly exists is today—so what, then, is it likely to be?”
