11 – Abū Muḥammad al-Simsār al-Qāsim ibn Hāshim narrated to me; al-Musayyab ibn Wāḍiḥ informed us; Muḥammad ibn Walīd narrated to us; he said: They asked al-Ḥasan, “Describe the life of this world for us.” ⦗20⦘ He replied, “Yesterday has passed away, today is for deeds, and tomorrow is but hope.”
