84 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; al-Hasan ibn Yahya narrated to us; ʿAbd al-Razzaq informed us, from Maʿmar, from Zayd ibn Aslam, who said: “Backbiting concerns only the person who does not make his sins public.”
٨٤ - حَدَّثَنِا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، قَالَ: «إِنَّمَا الْغِيبَةُ لِمَنْ لَمْ يُعْلِنِ بالْمَعَاصِي»
