83 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Abu Talib ʿAbd al-Jabbar ibn ʿAsim narrated to us; al-Jarud ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Bahz ibn Hakim, from his father, from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: ⦗28⦘ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Do you refrain from speaking about the openly sinful person? How will people ever come to know him? Mention him for what he is so that the people may beware of him.”
