57 – ʿAbd Allah ibn Abi Badr narrated to me. Kathir ibn Hisham informed us, from Jaʿfar ibn Burqan, from Yazid ibn al-Asamm, who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: “One of you notices the speck in his brother’s eye yet forgets the beam in his own.”
٥٧ - حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَدْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، ﵁،: قَالَ: «يُبْصِرُ أَحَدُكُمُ الْقَذَى فِي عَيْنِ أَخِيهِ وَيَنْسَى الْجَذْلَ فِي عَيْنِهِ»
