31 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn Salih narrated to us; Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from al-Aʿmash, from a man of Basra, from Abu Barzah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ once addressed us and said, “Do not look for the missteps of the Muslims. Whoever sets out in search of the Muslims’ slips, Allah will seek out his slip until He exposes him in the very middle of his own house.”
