119 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Dawud ibn ʿAmr al-Dabbi narrated to us; Dawud al-ʿAttar narrated to us, from Ibn Khuthaym, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from Asmaʾ bint Yazid, who reported that the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—said:
“Shall I tell you who the worst of you are?”
They replied, “Yes, indeed.”
He said, “They are those who roam about with gossip, who sow discord between loved ones, and who seek hardship for the innocent.”
