Summary:
The author of al-Iʿlām believes that the author of al-Tarājuʿāt made a mistake in placing this ḥadith under the heading “From Weakening to Authentication,” because al-Albānī had never declared the report weak to begin with; he had simply withheld judgment, and only later judged it sound.
