91 – Suraij narrated to me; he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar related to us, saying: A man transmitted to me, on the authority of al-Zuhri, who said: Renunciation of this world is when the unlawful never overcomes one’s patience, and when one does not deem lawful provision too slight to merit gratitude.
