90 – Suraij narrated to me; he said: al-Nadr ibn Ismaʿil transmitted, on the authority of his elders, that they visited ʿAbd Allah ibn ʿUtbah. He fell silent ⦗58⦘ for a long while, then said, “Would you like me to write all goodness for you on the surface of my fingernail?” They replied, “Yes.” He then said to them, “Renunciation of this world.”
