76 – al-Haytham ibn Khalid al-Basri related to me; he said: al-Haytham ibn Jamil narrated to us; he said: Muhammad ibn Muslim transmitted, from Ibrahim ibn Maysarah, from Tawus, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Detachment from this world brings ease to the heart and the body, whereas craving for it only lengthens anxiety and sorrow.”
