5 – Al-Walīd ibn Sufyān al-ʿAṭṭār narrated to us; he said: Ibn Abī ʿAdī narrated to us, from Shuʿbah, from al-ʿAlāʾ ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, from his father, from Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “This world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the unbeliever.”
