351 – Ḥumayd al-Nasāʾī narrated to us; he said: Ismāʿīl ibn ⦗163⦘ Abī Uways narrated to us; he said: Mālik ibn Anas narrated to me, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from ʿAṭāʾ ibn Yasār, from Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Indeed, what I fear for you most is what Allah will bring forth for you from the blessings of the earth.”
Someone asked, “And what are the blessings of the earth?” He replied, “The bloom—the adornment—of this worldly life.”
