289 – Al-Qasim ibn Hashim related to me, from Muhammad ibn ʿAbd Allah al-Haddhaʾ, who said: I heard al-ʿUmari say, “The present world and the Hereafter are two vessels; whichever of the two you tip over is the one that will occupy you.”
