280 – Muhammad ibn ʿAlī narrated to us; he said: Ibrāhīm ibn al-Ashʿath narrated to us; he said: I asked al-Fuḍayl ibn ʿIyāḍ, “What is detachment from this world?” He replied, “Contentment—that is detachment, and that is true wealth.”
