278 – Muhammad ibn ʿAlī ibn al-Ḥasan narrated to us; he said: Ibrāhīm ibn al-Ashʿath narrated to us; he said: I heard al-Fuḍayl ibn ʿIyāḍ recount, on the authority of the Prophet—peace and blessings be upon him—who said: ⦗136⦘ “Detachment from this world brings rest to the heart and the body, whereas avidness for it only increases worry and grief.”
