221 – ‘Abd Allāh narrated to us; he said: Muḥammad b. Yaḥyā narrated to me; he said: Jaʿfar b. Abī Jaʿfar ⦗109⦘ narrated to me; he said: Ibrāhīm b. Adham wrote to one of his brothers, and in his letter he said: “My brother, turn away from the love of this world, for attachment to the world blinds and deafens.”
