150 – Khālid ibn Khidāsh narrated to us; he said: Ḥammād ibn Zayd narrated to us, from ʿAlī ibn Zayd ibn Judʿān, from Abū Naḍrah, from Abū Saʿīd, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in the ʿAṣr (late-afternoon) prayer. He then rose and addressed us, saying in his sermon: “Hearken! This world is sweet and verdant, and Allah is appointing you in it as successors to see how you will act. So beware of the world, and beware of women.”
