143 – Hārūn ibn ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; he said: Sayyār narrated to us; he said: Jaʿfar narrated to us; he said: I heard Mālik ibn Dīnār say, “The more you grieve over this world, the more the concern for the Hereafter is driven from your heart; and the more you grieve for the Hereafter, the more the concern for this world is driven from your heart.”
