141 – Hārūn ibn ʿAbd Allāh informed us; he said: Sayyār related to us; he said: Mūsā ibn Saʿīd al-Rāsibī narrated to us; he said: Ḥawshab narrated, saying: I heard al-Ḥasan declare, “By Allah, the Children of Israel turned to idol-worship after they had worshipped the Most Merciful ⦗74⦘—all because of their love for this world.”
