67 – Muḥammad ibn ʿAlī ibn al-Ḥasan ibn Shaqīq narrated to us; he said: Ibrāhīm ibn al-Ashʿath reported to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Raḥīm ibn Zayd al-ʿAmmi narrated to us, from his father, from Saʿīd ibn Jubayr, from Ibn ʿAbbās, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ declared: “No community abandons the duty of commanding what is right and forbidding what is wrong except that their deeds cease to be raised up, and their supplications go unheard.”
