“Muḥammad ibn al-Munkadir caught a thief in his house named Qindīl, a young man who used to belong to the family of Ibrāhīm ibn Muḥammad ibn Ṭalḥah. He said, ‘Serve Qindīl supper and then send him back to his masters.’”
