46 – Ibrāhīm al-Aṣbahānī narrated to me; he said: Naṣr ibn ʿAlī related to me, from ʿUthmān ibn al-Walīd, who said:
“Muḥammad ibn al-Munkadir saw a man with a woman in a deserted ruin, speaking to her, and he said, ‘Allah sees the two of you. May Allah conceal us and you.’”
٤٦ - حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ: رَأَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ رَجُلًا مَعَ امْرَأَةٍ فِي خَرَابٍ وَهُوَ يُكَلِّمُهَا، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَرَاكُمَا، سَتَرَنَا اللَّهُ وَإِيَّاكُمَا "
