112 – Abū Khaythama narrated to us, saying: Jarīr narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Malik ibn ʿUmayr reported, from Rabīʿ ibn ʿUmayla, who said: ʿAbd Allah ibn Masʿūd said, “Times will bring one troubling affair after another. So it is enough for a person—when he sees a wrongdoing he has no power to change—that Allah knows he detests it.”
