57 – Al-Hasan b. ʿAbd al-ʿAziz al-Jarawi narrated to me; Ibn Mushir narrated to us; Saʿid b. ʿAbd al-ʿAziz narrated:
Jesus, son of Mary—peace be upon him—looked at Satan and said, “This is the archon of the world; for its sake he came forth and it is what he asked for. I will never let him share with me any part of it. I will not even place a stone beneath my head, nor will I laugh in it until I have departed from it.”
٥٧ - حثني الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْجَرَوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ،
: أَنَّ عيسى بن مَرْيَمَ ﵊ نَظَرَ إِلَى إِبْلِيسَ فقال: هذا أركون الدنيا إليها خَرَجَ وَإِيَّاهَا سَأَلَ، لا أَشْرِكُهُ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْهَا، وَلا حَجَرٍ أَضَعُهُ تَحْتَ رَأْسِي، وَلا أَكُونُ فِيهَا ضَاحِكًا حَتَّى أَخْرُجَ مِنْهَا.
