38 – Al-Qurashi related: Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us; Hisham ibn Yusuf reported to us, from Aqil ibn Maʿqal, the nephew of Wahb ibn Munabbih, who said: I heard Wahb say:

A monk asked Satan, after the latter had appeared to him, “Which trait of the children of Adam helps you against them the most?” He replied, “A quick temper. When a servant is hot-tempered, we can overturn him as easily as children toss a ball.”
