26 – Abu Bakr ibn Mansur narrated to us; Ibn ʿUfair narrated to us; Ibn Luhayʿah narrated to me, from Abu Qabil, who said that he heard Haywah ibn Shurayh of Banu Sariʿ say: “I heard ʿAbd Allah ibn ʿAmr declare:

‘Indeed, Iblis is in shackles. Yet when he stirs, every evil that arises between two people—and from there upward—anywhere on the face of the earth comes from his agitation.’”
