2 – Abu Bakr ibn Abī al-Dunyā narrated: “Abu Khaythama related to us, Hushaym related to us, from al-Shaybānī, from Yasir ibn ʿAmr, who said:

We once spoke about the ghīlān (ghouls) in the presence of ʿUmar, and he said, ‘No creature can alter the form in which Allah, Exalted is He, created him. What they do have are sorcerers—just as you have sorcerers among you. So if you witness anything of that sort, give it fair warning.’”
