16- His power is flawless, and His ruling embraces all things; in this matter there is no exception.
17- By this I mean that every created event exists through His power and His sheer will alone.
18- And to our Master belongs praise for everything He has willed—praise that rises above every other commendation.

١٨- ومالِكُنا في كلِّ ما قَدْ أراده ... له الحمدُ حمدًا يعتلي كلَّ مِدْحةِ
