9- The very Essence of Allah, the Creator, is necessarily existent, for it is endowed with indispensable, pre-eternal attributes.

10- His will, together with His knowledge and then His power, are inseparable concomitants of the Divine Essence, the definitive arbiter of every affair.

11- And His originating of whatever He pleases among His creations is suffused with wisdom and brimming with manifold mercy.
