21 – Thus we believe that Allah—majestic and exalted—acts with absolute power, bringing creation into being and carrying it through according to the decree of His will;
22 – we affirm all of this for our Lord, and we likewise affirm every wisdom contained therein;
23 – this is a station where the foremost seekers who ventured to probe it (1) have long confessed their incapacity, retreating time and again in bewilderment.
