Its opening reads:
“He says: So devise your schemes—all of you and your gods—to injure and harm me…”
Its ending reads:
“The volume has been completed, praise be to Allah…”
It comprises 100 folios of medium format, with 16 lines per page.
A fragment of the same copy:
292, Institute;
40/791, al-Qarawiyyīn Collection.
It may belong to Part Thirty-Four. It begins with verse 60 of Surah al-Kahf and ends with the end of the surah.
It opens:
“In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. May Allah bless our master and patron Muhammad. Discussion of the interpretation of the words of Him whose praise is exalted: ‘And when Moses said to his young companion, “I shall not cease until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I travel for ages.”’”
[al-Kahf: 60].
It ends:
“Surah al-Kahf has been completed. The volume has been completed, praise be to Allah and with His aid. It will be followed by the exegesis of Surah Maryam: ‘Kāf-Hā-Yā-ʿAyn-Sād’
[Maryam: 1].”
It comprises 56 folios of medium format, with 18 lines per page.
Two fragments of the same copy:
293 and 294, Institute;
40/791, al-Qarawiyyīn Collection.
They may belong to Part Thirty-Five. The first comprises 13 folios and the second 74 folios, both of medium format, with (22–25) lines per page.
They are two fragments of a single part. Some folios from the first fragment had been transposed and incorporated into the second, and vice versa. We therefore combined the two fragments and restored the folios to their proper order, forming a part that is defective at its beginning but complete thereafter through its end.
