Beneath it:
“Praise be to Allah. It was housed in the library of the al-Khalafāwiyyīn School and was subsequently transferred to the al-Qarawiyyīn Collection so that it might be used there, as is openly and clearly stated on the back of some volumes in this collection. There is no deity but Allah; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. May Allah’s peace be upon him—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—and upon his family.”
Above it:
“It contains the words of Allah—Exalted be He—from al-Baqarah, beginning with: ‘O you who believe, do not say, “Attend to us”’

[al-Baqarah: 104].”
At its conclusion:
“The other possible interpretation is that its meaning is: ‘I answer the supplicant’s prayer when he calls upon Me, if I will.’ In that case, although its wording in the recitation is general, its meaning is specific.”
