One must warn others about them and their evil whenever it is not possible to restrain them and prevent them from practicing their innovations. Otherwise, it is incumbent upon the Muslim scholars and those in authority to eradicate innovations, to seize the hands of the innovators, and to deter them from their wrongdoing, for their threat to Islam is grievous.

Moreover, everyone should realize that the disbelieving nations encourage the innovators to spread their deviations and aid them by every possible means, because in that lies the destruction of Islam and the distortion of its image.

We ask Allah to grant victory to His religion, to exalt His word, and to vanquish His enemies. May Allah bless and grant peace to our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
